Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Executive Excellence Africa Adventures. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By booking a safari, tour, or related service with us, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Booking & Payment

• A deposit of 30% – 50% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid 5 days prior to the start of the tour or at arrival depending on the nature of the tour.
• Bookings made within [insert number] days of the tour start date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• All payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods provided by us.

2. Pricing

• All prices are quoted in [insert currency, e.g., USD or TZS] and are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, park fee changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Prices include only those services specified in the itinerary. Items not mentioned are excluded (e.g., international flights, visa fees, personal expenses).

3. Cancellations & Refunds

By the client:

• Cancellation must be made in writing.
• Cancellation fees are applied as follows:
  • 60+ days before tour: [insert %] refund
  • 30–59 days: [insert %] refund
  • Less than 30 days: no refund

By EBS:

• We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability). In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative date offered.

4. Amendments

• Any changes to the original booking must be requested in writing and may incur additional charges.
• Amendments are subject to availability and the discretion of EBS.

5. Travel Insurance

• Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the sole responsibility of the client. This should cover medical expenses, cancellation, personal accident, loss of belongings, and repatriation.

6. Health & Fitness Requirements

• It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically fit to travel and participate in your chosen tour. Please consult your doctor for any necessary vaccinations or health advice prior to travel.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• We act as an agent for various service providers and shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay resulting from their actions or omissions.
• We are not responsible for any events beyond our control including but not limited to force majeure events, government restrictions, strikes, accidents, or natural disasters.

8. Wildlife Sightings

• While we strive to provide the best safari experience, we cannot guarantee wildlife sightings as animals move freely in their natural habitats.

9. Client Conduct

• Clients must comply with the instructions of guides and drivers for safety reasons.
• We reserve the right to remove any person whose behavior is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or offensive without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website including text, images, logos, and itineraries are the property of Excellence Africa Adventures and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
